Terms and Conditions for Switch, Save and Fundraise with Sponsorpack

The Switch, Save and Fundraise scheme is available to all Sponsorpack supported clubs and other clubs, teams and causes who have registered.

Sponsorpack Ltd will arrange a fundraising donation of £15 for a successful duel energy switch and £6.00 for single fuel switch through the energyhelpline.com * comparison site.

To submit your club or cause for donations they must be registered with Sponsorpack through the Sponsorpack Switch, Save and Fundraise registration form.

If you are completing the registration form you must be authorised, or have the authorisation of, an official member of the club, charity, fundraiser, band or other cause and there must exist a bank account in the name of the cause the funds are being raised for.  Any fees due will be paid into the said bank account only.

Each registered club, charity, fundraiser, band or other cause will have a fundraising marketing code allocated which can then be advertised to potential fundraisers for ease of process.

In order to be eligible for the fundraising fee/donation you or your supporters simply enter the Marketing code and postcode during the signup process.

This is the way that switches are tracked and matched with the cause.

It is the switcher’s responsibility to use the correct code at the time of switching.  No retrospective claims for fundraising fee’s or dontaions will be accepted and Sponsorpack Ltd, Get Solutions South and Fundraising Innovations Ltd, will not be responsible for errors in code entering which result in non-payment of funds.

The donation will be made upon payment to Sponsorpack Ltd from the supplier GET Solutions South, by the originator Fundraising Innovations Ltd which typically takes between 8-15 weeks from the date of switching.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

You cannot refer yourself only the registered cause.

The scheme is not open to Business customers, affiliates or staff.

In any disputed cases the decision of Sponsorpack Ltd and Fundraising Innovations Ltd is final and binding.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. In this situation a notice of withdrawal will be placed on the website.

You will need to make your own arrangements for tax purposes - further information can be found here http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/charities/guidance-notes/annex4/sectiond.htm.  If you do not have charitable status or are not a community based organisation e.g. you are a band member - you will be required to pay income tax on any fees paid to you and must make your own arrangements for doing so.  Sponsorpack Ltd will inform the tax office of all donations and fees made.
